DELIVERY

A flat rate delivery fee of R99 applies to all orders under the value of R1000. Orders placed to the value of R1000 or more receive free delivery.

RETURNS

Exchanges may not be made on underwear.
An exchange may be made within 14 days of purchase provided a receipt/proof of purchase is shown, the swing tag still attached and garment is unworn and in re-sellable condition.
A Credit Note of the original purchase amount will be issued provided we cannot facilitate an exchange.
We do not do cash refunds.
In the case of a defunct item, we will assess the damage over a 24-hour period provided it has been returned within 6 months of purchase. If the item is deemed un-fixable a credit note will be issued to the original amount of purchase.

ONLINE RETURNS

If you would like to exchange an online purchaseĀ for a different size, provided we can facilitate it, we will collect it from you at no extra charge. But please be aware that DELIVERY OF THE ITEM RETURN TO YOU WILL BE CHARGED.
Please note our courier is entitled to refuse collection of a product that is not properly packaged for transport.
If you are returning an online purchase for exchange, an exchange will only be accepted if the product is unworn, all accessories of the garment (together with the swing tags) are attached, & the product is in its original state. If one does not comply with the above, the order will be sent back to the customer.
We reserve the right to inspect the item to validate your return.
Please note that underwear, swimwear & unsealed supplements are not eligible for return.
If you receive your online purchase and the item is defunct, please email us at jess@ludus.co.za with your contact details and we will give you a call.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We do our best to ensure that the products we sell/deliver to you are of the highest quality and without defects.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a damage return/exchange:
- faults resulting from normal wear and tear.
- damage arising from negligence or incorrect usage of the product.
- damage arising from failure to adequately care for the product.
- damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product.
